Circumferential Carbon Seals
Stein Seal line of precision crafted circumferential carbon seals are perfect for low-pressure applications where minimal, controlled gas leakage, high temperatures, unlimited axial shaft movement and low wear are critical. They can be used independently or as part of a sealing system.
API 682 Seals
The Stein Seal Company has developed API (American Petroleum Institute) 682 seals for the oil and gas industry market. Stein Seal has designed, manufactured and tested a Type A & Type C pusher seal, Arrangement 3, dual pressurized cartridge seal for this market.
NON API Seals
The Stein Seal Company has developed NON-API (American Petroleum Institute) seals for pumps may not conform to specific industry standards like ANSI, ISO & DIN pumps. Pumps has a sturdy & rugged design also easy to install.
AGITATOR & MIXER SEALS
The Stein Seal Company has developed Agitator & Mixer seals for the Agitator, Mixer & Reactor Vessels. Stein Seal has designed, manufactured and tested a mechanical seal for top, side and bottom entry vessels also for dryrunning mixer seals.
Slurry Seals
The Stein Seal Company has developed API (American Petroleum Institute) 682 seals for the oil and gas industry market. Stein Seal has designed, manufactured and tested a Type A & Type C pusher seal, Arrangement 3, dual pressurized cartridge seal for this market.
POWER PLANT APPLICATION SEALS
Application involved the sealing of large boiler feed and steam generator pumps in power plants. Consequently, the mechanical seal faces are highly loaded in a fluid with far less than ideal lubricating qualities.
ELASTOMER BELLOWS SEALS
Elastomeric bellows seals are designed so that all rotary components are contained with no loose parts that could potentially get damaged during fitting. All elastomeric bellows seals feature static sealing on the shaft that cannot cause shaft wear or fretting.
SINGLE SPRING SEALS
Single spring mechanical seals consist of single acting helical coil spring which are easy to install and compact in design for handling applications. These seals provide enhanced seal capability, performance and life.
SINGLE CONICAL SPRING SEALS
Single conical spring mechanical seals consist single acting conical coil spring which are easy to install and compact in design for handling applications. Torque transmission is done by the spring so seals are dependent on the shaft rotating.
TEFLON BELLOWS SEALS
Teflon Bellows Mechanical Seals are installed as outside mounted in the pump shafts which secondary sealing element as Teflon Bellows with Highly Flexible. These seals are to handle highly corrosive liquids including concentrated acids, salts, strong oxidizing.
OUTSIDE MOUNTED SEALS
Outside Mounted Mechanical Seals are installed in outside boundaries of the seal chamber so the seal can have minimal contact with the process liquid. These seals are rugged & customized designed to run in shaft misalignment & dryrunning which require selflubricating.
API PIPING PLANS
API Piping Plans are American Petroleum Institute standard configuration of piping accessories, instruments & fluids design which controls the environment around the seal so these are widely used in the industry.
